Where To Find Help

As I work through my challenges, I have found many resources.  First and foremost, my faith, my family, and my friends.  Second the support of people have been through this, through resources such as this blog and several Facebook groups I belong to.  And lastly through some of the resources listed below:

But I want to stress this:  If you are so despondent and feel that you cannot get out of this pit even with effort and help, and you feel that the only answer is to end your life, CALL 911.  Just call and say, I need some help.  They may take you to a facility to be evaluated, they may just talk you through it, but most importantly, they will be there to STOP you.  Because suicide is NOT the answer.  You are NOT alone.  You CAN get through this, and you have a friend here.
